Please read the following policy before completing your order:

 

1- Most of StoreFour's suppliers are outside of North America

2- Shipping to some countries may take up to two weeks (or more, up to six weeks, on rare occasions). That period commences from the date a customer receives the shipping confirmation email

3- Depending on your country, shipping may take less time, down to 3-5 days

4- StoreFour processes incoming orders within 24 hours, which expedites shipping times

5- StoreFour chooses quality, reliable carriers that are able to deliver your order as soon as possible

6- At this time, StoreFour offers free shipping on any order and to any country in the world. We will update this policy immediately if this changes in the future

7- Some countries do not have the facility to deliver parcels to the recipient's door. In which case, the customer needs to visit the closest post office to receive their order

8- Please take note of shipping estimates while ordering. This information is given under shipping, after providing your information, but before submitting the order
