RETURN POLICY

At StoreFour, we stand behind every product we carry. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, we want to make it right.

Return Window You have 15 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Made-to-Order Products Several products in our catalog are handcrafted to order and may take up to two weeks to produce before shipping. Because these items are made specifically for you, we ask that you review product details carefully before purchasing. Returns on made-to-order items are accepted within 15 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in original condition.

How to Initiate a Return Email us at info@storefour.ca before sending anything back. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return form. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 5–10 business days. Approved refunds are applied to your original method of payment.

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us — processing times vary by institution.

Exchanges We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, email us at info@storefour.ca with your order number and a description of the issue.

Gifts If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive store credit for the value of the return once we receive the item.

Return Shipping The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and is not covered by this policy.
